Refund Policy

Because we provide a 30-day free trial, you subscribe only after you are satisfied with the Tailorz app. Therefore, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, in case of duplicate (double) payments, or if the app is unavailable for more than 15 consecutive days due to our side, we will process a refund for the affected period.
